With Jéan cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as delays may occur. Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon checkout and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID once the order has been dispatched. Cancellations or changes to orders cannot be made once they have been placed. The brand also offers pre-order options, where customers can reserve an item that has not yet arrived. Split deliveries are not available, but in some cases, orders may be sent in split shipments depending on stock restrictions. With Jéan cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier. International duties and taxes are calculated based on the value of the purchase and the destination country. The charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery if Delivery Duty Unpaid is selected. Shipping to certain locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions.

With Jéan's Return Policy

With Jéan has a clear and detailed return policy for both in-store and online purchases. For in-store purchases made at their NYC Pop Up Store, customers can only exchange or receive store/online credit. Returns must be processed in-store and will not be accepted online or via their website or customer service team. Refunds are only accepted if an item is deemed faulty by a member of the in-store team. For online purchases, customers have 21 days from receiving their garment to change their mind and request a return. The items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached to receive a store credit or refund if purchased at full price. With Jéan does not accept returns for garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Customers must also be careful when trying on garments, as any marks, stains, makeup stains, or odors will result in the return being refused. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders can be addressed by contacting their customer service team. With Jéan does not accept returns outside of their 21-day return policy and items must be returned in their original condition. If items are worn or damaged, customers will be invoiced for the return shipping fee and the goods will be returned to them. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and store credits are also non-refundable. The brand will open an investigation into any faulty products before accepting a return. Direct exchanges are not offered due to the popularity of their range. Customers outside of the US must use a trackable, insured service for returns and package the products appropriately. With Jéan is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit. The brand reserves the right to change or remove their return policy at any time, but customers' rights under applicable consumer law are not affected. During the holiday period, the returns timeframe is extended. Orders placed from December 15th onwards have until January 10th to request a return. However, there will be delays in processing returns received from December 24th, 2021, to January 4th, 2022, as the brand takes time off over the holiday period. Sale items, swimwear bottoms, earrings, and caps are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons. All other swimwear, jewelry, and non-hygiene items can be returned under their terms and conditions. With Jéan charges a flat fee of $40 for returns from U.S. customers, which is non-reimbursable. Other customers are responsible for organizing their own return shipping label at their own cost. It is important to include the returns form or packing slip in the return parcel for identification purposes. The item must be returned in its original condition and using the original packaging is highly recommended. Once the item is received at With Jéan, it will be assessed and processed for a store credit or refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original account or payment method used for the purchase, with a waiting time of 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. Overall, With Jéan has a comprehensive return policy that covers different scenarios and provides clear instructions for customers. However, customers should be aware of the restrictions on certain items that cannot be returned.
