Anything under this amount is delivered through 2 Day Air, and all packages are insured in case of damaged or missing items. Frank Darling's Return Policy

Frank Darling offers a 30-day window for domestic and international customers to return their orders for free. Placeholder rings and designs that are made through the ‘bring your own stone’ program are not eligible for returns, and customers can only make a return once every six months. If the issue is related to sizing, Frank Darling will alter the jewelry for free within 90 days of receipt and cover all shipping charges. After that, the service is still complimentary but buyers will have to pay the transit fees. To initiate the return process, customers must reach out to the brand for further instructions and include the certificate given with the package. Returns are not accepted for placeholder rings and designs made through the ‘bring your own stone’ program. It takes up to 30 days to process a return.
