Knickey's Return Policy

For undies, the First Pair Guarantee covers trying on one pair of each unique style and size in the first order. Duplicate pairs must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for return. Socks can be returned if they are unopened and still in their original packaging. Bralettes can be tried on for size and fit, but must show no signs of wear and have the hangtag attached to be eligible for return. The company offers free return shipping for exchanges and store credit, but a small $4 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
